Everything a young talent needs is in this box: 12 colourful paints, painting surfaces, brushes and a mixing palette. Your child can start painting straight away, without you having to buy anything else.
When do you choose this product?
What is this art box and when do you use it?
The Marabu KiDS art box Kleine Kunstenaar is a complete starter set for children who want to start painting. You get everything you need to get going straight away: paint, brushes, painting surfaces and a mixing palette. This box is ideal when your child shows an interest in drawing and painting, or as a gift for a creative activity.
Why this set is practical
With 12 tubes of 36 ml paint in different colours, you have enough material for multiple painting projects. The combination of a 20×20 cm stretcher frame and two 18×24 cm painting cards offers variety in painting surfaces. The stretcher frame gives a professional feel, while the cards are handy for practising and experimenting.
Brushes for different techniques
The set contains four brushes: two flat bristle brushes in size 08/12, plus two round synthetic brushes in size 04/08. This variety means your child can fill areas with the flat brushes and add details with the round ones. The different sizes make different painting techniques possible.
Practical tips for use
The supplied mixing palette is essential for mixing colours and learning colour theory. Always keep the paint tubes tightly closed, and use the synthetic brushes for fine details, as they hold their point better. The bristle brushes are firmer and suitable for applying more paint or creating texture.
