Keep your desk tidy with this sturdy acrylic letter tray. You see at a glance what's inside, and thanks to the stackable design you can easily build a compact filing system tailored to your needs.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a transparent letter tray?
A letter tray is used to keep documents, post and paperwork neatly organised on your desk or in a cabinet. The transparent design lets you see directly which documents are inside, without having to open the tray. This is especially useful when you want to separate different types of post or documents and need quick access.
Why choose the A4 format?
This format is specially designed for standard A4 documents and fits perfectly with most office needs. With dimensions of 247 x 331 x 62 mm, the tray offers enough space for a stack of documents without them getting creased or damaged. The compact size takes up little space on your workspace.
Advantage of stackable acrylic
The stackable design means you can place several trays on top of each other, which saves space and gives a tidy appearance. The acrylic material, with a thickness of 4 mm, is sturdy enough to bear the weight of trays stacked above without bending. The transparent quality keeps your overview intact, even with stacked trays.
Practical tip for use
You can use this letter tray both horizontally and vertically, depending on your preference and the space available. Thanks to the stacking feature, you can build a complete sorting system for different document types, such as incoming post, outgoing post and documents to be archived. Clean the acrylic regularly with a soft cloth to keep it transparent.
