This olivewood pan turner sits comfortably in the hand and protects your non-stick coating. The natural oil finish ensures durability and a beautiful look in any kitchen.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a fish slice?
A fish slice is indispensable in every kitchen for carefully turning delicate dishes such as pancakes, omelettes or fish. This kitchen tool prevents your food from breaking or being damaged during turning, which is especially important with fragile ingredients that easily fall apart.
Why choose these dimensions?
With its length of 300 mm and width of 57 mm, this fish slice offers enough surface area to support even larger pieces of food stably. The width of 57 mm means you can turn a generous portion in one movement without parts of it hanging over the edge.
The benefit of oiled olivewood
Olivewood is known for its natural hardness and durability in the kitchen. The oiled surface protects the wood against moisture and stains, so the fish slice lasts longer. What's more, olivewood won't damage your non-stick coating, unlike metal kitchen utensils that can cause scratches.
Practical care tip
Wash the fish slice by hand with warm soapy water after use and dry it immediately. Treat the oiled surface regularly with a little olive oil or a special wood oil to maintain the protective layer. With this simple care, your fish slice will stay in optimal condition for years and the wood will retain its natural appearance.
