With this set of 24 soft wax crayons, you draw effortlessly in beautiful pastel colours. The colours blend and overlap wonderfully, so you can create your own unique shades. Ideal for creative moments at the office or at home!
When do you choose this product?
What are oil pastels and when do you use them?
Oil pastels are soft drawing sticks made from a combination of wax and oil, wrapped in paper for easy handling. This POSCA set is ideal for artistic projects, sketching, colouring and creative expression where you want to create soft, flowing lines. The soft and smooth drawing feel makes them suitable for both beginners and advanced users.
Why choose a set of 24 colours?
With 24 different colours, you have an extensive base to achieve almost any colour palette. The set includes essential basic colours such as blue, yellow, red, green and black, as well as subtle variations such as salmon pink, emerald green and Prussian blue. This variety lets you get started straight away without having to buy additional colours.
The power of mixing and layering
The great advantage of these oil pastels is that you can mix colours and draw them over one another. This allows you to create new shades and add depth to your work. The wax-oil composition ensures that the colours glide smoothly over the paper and blend well together, which is particularly suitable for gradient techniques.
Practical tip for use
Thanks to the paper wrapping, your hands stay clean while drawing and you can easily hold the pastel. Gradually unwind the paper as the tip wears down. Store the pastels at room temperature so that the wax-oil composition stays optimal and the soft drawing feel is preserved.
