When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
The SCHILDKRÖT Push Up Multitrainer is a training device specially designed for muscle-building exercises in the press-up position. You use this product when you want to train your upper body with push-ups while targeting different muscle groups. The innovative plug-in system with colour coding means you can get started with your training quickly, without complicated set-up.
Why this multitrainer with 10 grip positions?
With 10 different grip positions, you can keep your workout varied and target different muscle groups specifically. Each position activates different parts of your chest muscles, triceps and shoulders. The colour coding helps you recognise the right positions quickly and carry out your training programme consistently, without having to work out which grip you need every time.
Stability and load capacity
The device can support up to 120 kg and has anti-slip pads that prevent it from sliding away during training. The non-slip grips ensure your hands don't slip, even during intensive training sessions. This gives you the confidence to train safely without the device shifting under your weight.
Practical storage and use
At just 1 kg, this trainer is light and easy to handle. You can easily store it in a cupboard or under your bed. Its compact size makes it possible to train both at home and in the office. For optimal use, make sure you have enough space around the device so you can comfortably use the different grip positions.
