This professional Cat. 7 cable ensures stable network connections up to 1,000 MHz. With double shielding you prevent interference, ideal for reliable data transfer in office environments.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a Cat. 7 installation cable?
You use this shiverpeaks installation cable to set up a fixed network infrastructure in buildings. Unlike short patch cables, you install this 100-metre cable permanently through walls, ceilings or floors to provide workstations with a stable internet connection. You need this type of cable when you want to realise a professional network installation that will last for many years.
Why choose the Cat. 7 specification?
Cat. 7 cables support a bandwidth of up to 1,000 MHz, so you are future-proofed for fast network connections. This specification ensures that your network continues to perform optimally when you upgrade your internet speed in the future. The cable complies with the current ISO/IEC 11801-1 and IEC 61156-5 standards, which means you are investing in proven technology.
Advantage of double shielding
This cable has a 2-fold shielded construction (S/FTP), meaning each wire pair is individually shielded and the entire cable has an additional shield. This protects your signal against electromagnetic interference from other devices in the environment. For office environments with a lot of electronic equipment, this shielding ensures a stable network connection without interruptions.
Practical installation tip
The orange colour helps you identify this cable during and after installation. With 8 wires arranged in 4 twisted pairs, you can connect this cable to standard RJ45 connectors. Please note that you should only use the cable indoors, as this installation cable is specifically designed for structured cabling in indoor spaces.
