What does this product do?
A collection box offers a professional way to gather documents, surveys or feedback. You need this crystal-clear acrylic box when you want to create a safe and orderly way for people to submit paperwork in offices, shops or at events. The transparent design means you can see at a glance how many documents have been collected.

Why this A4 format variant?
This collection box is specifically designed for A4 paper thanks to the included insert tray. With dimensions of 17 × 23 × 30 cm, it offers ample space for a considerable number of documents, while remaining compact enough to place on tables or counters. The A4 format is ideal because it is the most widely used paper size in Dutch offices.

Crystal-clear acrylic for overview
The crystal-clear acrylic material's main advantage is that you always have a view of the contents of the box. This builds confidence among users submitting their documents and helps you keep track of when the box needs emptying. Moreover, acrylic is more durable than ordinary plastic and retains its transparency for longer.

Practical filling details
The insert tray for A4 paper ensures that documents can be submitted neatly folded. Please note that the slot opening measures 12 × 1.2 cm – this means paper must be folded before it will fit through. For optimal use, it is best to place the box on a stable surface where people can easily reach it.
