When do you choose this product?
For the First Drawing and Colouring Experiences
These extra-thick colouring pencils have been specially developed for the first scribbling and drawing experiences of young children. The 6.0 mm thick colour core makes it easier for small hands to get colour onto paper and gives a full, vivid result. Choose this type of pencil when regular colouring pencils are still too thin and you want children to colour successfully without frustration.
Why the Triangular Shape Makes the Difference
The triangular shape of these pencils helps children automatically develop the correct pencil grip. This ergonomic shape prevents the pencils from rolling off the table and sits naturally in small hands. The 176 mm length is perfectly suited to children who are still learning to draw and colour.
Extra Protection Against Breakage
Each pencil has a special lead protection sleeve made of ABS material that protects the colour core from breaking. This means less frustration from broken pencils and more time for creative play. The break-resistant lead holds up well under the enthusiastic use of budding artists.
Complete Set with Practical Extras
You get 12 pencils in a handy case, including 2 extra colours free of charge (burgundy and yellow-green) on top of the standard 10 colours. The included pencil sharpener is designed for the thick 6.0 mm core. The case keeps all the pencils neatly together and makes tidying up easy.
