Why fly screen for skylights?
Skylights let in plenty of light, but they also attract insects. This tesa fly screen keeps flies, mosquitoes and other unwelcome visitors out while your skylight can stay open for fresh air. The product combines insect protection with sun shading, which makes it ideal for skylights that receive a lot of direct sunlight.
Specially designed for skylights
This fly screen has been developed specifically for the unique shape and opening of skylights. The flexible fitting system adapts to different skylight sizes, while the stretchable rubber edge means you can open and close the skylight without removing the screen. The anthracite/metallic colour blends in subtly with dark skylight frames.
Sun protection through aluminium coating
The screen features an aluminium coating that acts as glare protection, reducing direct sunlight without blocking the view. This UV-resistant coating prevents the material from fading or wearing down through years of sun exposure. So you get both insect protection and pleasant light reduction in one product.
Reusable and easy to maintain
The screen is hand-washable and reusable many times, making it a sustainable solution. After the season, you can easily clean it and store it away for next year. Thanks to the flexible fitting system, the product suits different skylight types without any permanent modifications to your frame.
