When do you need anti-slip tape?
You use anti-slip tape to make slippery surfaces safer by providing extra grip. This 3M Safety-Walk Universal anti-slip tape is specifically designed for locations with heavy foot traffic, such as stairs, ladders and corridors. You choose this product when safety comes first and you want to prevent people from slipping on slick surfaces.

Why this 50 mm width?
The 50 mm width makes this anti-slip tape versatile for a range of applications. This size is wide enough to provide effective grip on stair treads and narrow surfaces, yet not so wide that it becomes awkward to apply. With 18.30 metres on the roll, you have enough material for multiple locations or longer strips.

Self-adhesive application on all slippery surfaces
The anti-slip tape has a self-adhesive backing, so you can apply it straight away without any extra tools or glue. The special adhesive ensures firm adhesion to all slippery surfaces. Thanks to the plastic carrier film, the tape is durable and resistant to regular use, which is important in areas with a lot of foot traffic.

Practical tip for the best result
Make sure the surface is clean, dry and free of grease before applying the anti-slip tape. The black colour stands out against light surfaces, which increases visibility and therefore safety. Because it is supplied on a roll, you can easily cut the tape to the required lengths and apply it step by step.
