Dex knows - user tips
Clean and degrease the surface thoroughly before applying the tape – VHB tape does not adhere well to contaminated surfaces. Press the tape firmly along its entire length and wait at least 72 hours before fully loading the bond, so that the acrylic adhesive has time to reach maximum adhesion.
