What is a weaving tarpaulin with eyelets used for, and when do you need one?
A woven tarpaulin with eyelets is used to cover and protect objects, materials or surfaces for a longer period against rain, wind and dirt. The integrated fixing points allow you to secure the sheet firmly to a variety of surfaces. This makes it ideal for covering garden furniture, building materials, vehicles or workspaces in the garden.

Why this 5 × 8 metre size is the right choice
This size provides sufficient coverage for medium-sized objects such as a garden set, stacks of wood, a trailer or part of a terrace. With 40 square metres of coverage, it sits between the smaller household tarpaulins and the large professional tarps. You get practical dimensions without the sheet becoming too large and unwieldy to set up.

Water-repellent properties thanks to foil coating
The sheet has a foil coating of HDPE and LDPE material on both sides, making it fully waterproof. This plastic layer prevents moisture from penetrating the fabric and keeps your belongings dry, even during prolonged rain. At the same time, the material is tear-resistant, so it withstands wind and mechanical stress.

Practical fixing with eyelets every metre
The eyelets are positioned around the sheet at intervals of 1 metre. This means you can secure the sheet at regular points using ropes, elastic cords or spring hooks. The edge reinforcement ensures the eyelets do not tear under tension, which is important for a durable fixing.
