When do you choose this product?
When do you need a professional bread basket?
A bread basket such as the APS COVE is indispensable in the hospitality trade, for catering or for professional kitchens where bread is presented every day. You use this oval basket to serve bread, rolls or crackers hygienically and attractively to guests or customers.
Why choose this oval size?
The oval shape of 280 x 160 mm offers optimal space for longer types of bread such as baguette or ciabatta. This size fits perfectly on standard tables and goes well with most tableware sets. The beige colour blends neutrally into a variety of interior styles.
Stability through clever construction
This bread basket is made from polypropylene with stainless steel wire incorporated into the rim and base for extra stability. This construction ensures the basket keeps its shape, even with daily intensive use. The height of 40 mm provides sufficient depth to present bread neatly without it falling out.
Practical maintenance in the dishwasher
A major advantage is that this bread basket is fully dishwasher-safe. You can simply place it in the professional dishwasher after use, which saves time and ensures hygienic cleaning. This makes the basket particularly suitable for commercial kitchens where speed and hygiene are essential.
