Why choose this GN 1/6 size?
The Gastronorm 1/6 size, measuring 176×162×15 mm, is ideal for portioning small quantities of ingredients or garnish. This compact size fits perfectly in standard fridges and hot-holding equipment. Thanks to its transparent design, you can see exactly what is in the tray at a glance, which makes the workflow in busy kitchens easier.

Sturdy polypropylene material
The lid is made from transparent polypropylene, which ensures a robust and dimensionally stable construction. This material withstands temperatures from -30 to +75 degrees Celsius, so you can use the lid both in freezers and in hot-holding equipment. Its robust properties make it suitable for intensive professional use.

Practical features for daily use
The lid is stackable, which saves space in your kitchen or storeroom. It can be cleaned easily in the dishwasher, saving time at washing-up. Please note that this lid has no spoon notch, meaning it can be sealed completely for optimal freshness of your ingredients.
