What does this lid do?
This transparent lid protects your cutlery holders from dust, moisture and cross-contamination during storage or transport. It is specially designed for professional kitchens, buffets and catering companies where hygiene and clear storage are crucial.

Why exactly this GN 1/1 size?
The GN 1/1 size (530 x 325 mm) is the standard size in professional kitchens and fits perfectly in gastronorm racks and fridges. This universal dimension ensures the lid integrates seamlessly into your existing kitchen equipment without wasting space.

Transparent material for practical use
Thanks to the transparent polypropylene, you can see at a glance which cutlery is in the insert, without having to remove the lid. This saves time during the busy moments in the kitchen and prevents unnecessary exposure of the clean cutlery to environmental influences.

Stackable for efficient storage
The stacking function maximises your storage space in kitchen cupboards or on worktops. The lid is specifically compatible with APS cutlery holders 11954 and 11955, ensuring a perfect fit. Please note that you should only use these specific cutlery containers for optimal functionality and stability when stacking.
