When do you need a gastronorm serving tray?
This APS serving tray is designed for professional kitchens and catering companies working with the gastronorm system. You need this product when you want to serve, transport or present food in accordance with the GN 1/1 standard. The tray is ideal for fast food restaurants, company canteens and event catering where efficient serving is important.

Why choose the GN 1/1 format?
The GN 1/1 format of 530 × 325 mm is the basic size within the gastronorm system and fits perfectly in standard hot-holding equipment, refrigerated display cases and serving trolleys. By choosing this format, you are assured of optimal compatibility with other gastronorm equipment in your kitchen. It offers sufficient space for complete meals or larger portions.

Polypropylene material for intensive use
This tray is made from polypropylene, a plastic that withstands daily intensive use in professional kitchens. The material is lightweight yet sturdy enough to carry complete meals. With a height of 20 mm, the tray has a sufficient rim to prevent spills during transport and serving.

Practical tip for optimal use
Check whether your existing gastronorm equipment is suitable for GN 1/1 format before you order. The red colour makes the tray easily recognisable in busy kitchens, which is handy for organising different dishes or departments. Store the trays stacked to save space in your kitchen.
