When do you need a GN 1/6 food pan?
This food pan is ideal for portioning, storing and presenting smaller quantities of food in professional kitchens, buffets or catering environments. The GN 1/6 size fits perfectly in standard gastronorm systems and is suitable for side dishes, sauces, garnishes or individual portions.

Why choose this compact 1/6 size?
With dimensions of 176×162×150 mm and a capacity of 2.2 litres, this pan offers the perfect balance between space-saving and functionality. This size is ideal when you want to store or present several different ingredients in an organised way without taking up too much space.

Transparent polypropylene for practical use
The transparent polypropylene material means you can always see directly what is in the pan, without having to open the lid. The material is robust and dimensionally stable, so the pan keeps its shape even with intensive use. The temperature resistance of -30 to +75 degrees makes it suitable for both cold storage and warm applications.

Practical stacking and cleaning
Thanks to its stackable design, you can store and organise multiple pans efficiently in fridges or storage cupboards. The pan is dishwasher safe, which ensures simple and hygienic cleaning. Combine this GN 1/6 pan with other gastronorm sizes for a complete storage and presentation system.
