When do you need a heat-resistant pizza plate?
This APS pizza plate is designed for professional kitchens and catering establishments where pizzas are served regularly. The blue steel ensures even heat distribution, giving your pizzas a crispy base. You need this type of plate when you want to serve pizzas straight from the oven without the tableware being damaged by extreme heat.

Dimensions and capacity
With a base diameter of 280 mm and a height of 25 mm, this plate offers ample space for pizzas and other dishes. The height prevents sauces or oil from spilling onto your table or worktop.

Heat resistance up to 360°C
This pizza plate can withstand temperatures up to 360°C, so you can use it directly from a hot pizza oven. The uncoated blue steel handles these extreme temperatures without any problem and does not warp under heat. This makes the plate suitable for both preparing and serving fresh pizzas.

Practical maintenance tip
Thanks to the uncoated blue steel material, you can easily clean this pizza plate after use with warm water and washing-up liquid. Dry the plate immediately after washing to prevent rust. For best results, lightly oil the plate with a neutral oil before storing it.
