What does a roll-top cover do and when do you need one?
A roll-top cover protects food in buffets, canteens and foodservice environments against dust, insects and drying out. You use this cover when you want to keep dishes warm or temporarily cover them without guests or staff being able to touch the food.

Why choose the GN 1/1 size?
This roll-top cover fits all standard GN 1/1 containers measuring 530×325×190 mm. The GN 1/1 size is the most widely used format in professional kitchens and buffets, so you can place this cover on almost any existing container without having to buy new trays.

Benefits of the transparent polycarbonate material
The transparent polycarbonate material lets guests see what is underneath the cover without having to open it. As a result, the food stays warmer for longer and remains hygienically covered. Polycarbonate is also impact-resistant and able to withstand the temperature fluctuations common in foodservice environments.

Practical operation with the black cross handle
The black cross handle makes it easy to smoothly roll the cover up and down, even during busy moments in service. Thanks to the smooth mechanism, you can operate the cover with one hand, which is handy when you are carrying other items or need to act quickly during service.
