This is why Dex likes this article
With these rubber sealing rings your Weck jars stay perfectly sealed. The value pack of 10 pieces means you always have spares to hand for all your preserving projects.
When do you choose this product?
What are rubber sealing rings and when should you replace them?
Rubber sealing rings create an airtight seal on your Weck jars during the preserving process. Over time, these rings can lose their elasticity or become damaged, so your preserving jars no longer seal properly. You need new rings when the old ones show cracks, have become hard, or no longer provide a good seal.
Suitable for Weck jars article number 82345
These sealing rings are specially designed for Weck glass jars with article number 82345. It is important that you choose exactly the right rings, because the wrong size can lead to a poor seal and therefore spoiled preserved food. Before purchasing, check that your Weck jars have article number 82345; you can usually find this number engraved on the base of the jar.
Practical advantage of a set of 10 pieces
With this pack of 10 sealing rings, you immediately have sufficient stock for several preserving jars or for replacements when needed. This is handy because during the preserving season you often use several jars at once, and it is annoying to discover halfway through that you do not have enough rings.
Tips for storage and use
Store your spare rings in a dry, cool place so the rubber stays supple and retains its sealing properties.
