Handy order book for delivery note and proof of receipt in one. With a carbon copy system you always keep a clear copy, ideal for your administration.
When do you choose this product?
What is this order book for?
This order book from AVERY Zweckform is designed for the professional processing of delivery notes and receipts. You use it when, as an entrepreneur or self-employed person, you want to keep a clear record of goods delivered and payments received. The book helps you create official documents that both you and your customers can use for accounting purposes.
Why choose the A5 format?
The A5 format offers the ideal balance between convenience and functionality. It is large enough to display all relevant information clearly, yet compact enough to take easily to customers or keep handy on your desk. This format also fits into most bags and office spaces without taking up much room.
How does the carbon copy system work?
The order book has a well-thought-out system in which the first, second and third sheets are printed. This means that when you write, the information is automatically transferred onto multiple copies. In this way you create several copies in one go for yourself, your customer and possibly your records, which saves time and prevents errors.
Practical considerations when purchasing
This pack contains 5 pieces, which is good value if you regularly issue delivery notes and receipts. Store the books in a dry place and always use a ballpoint pen rather than a fountain pen, so that the carbon transfer works optimally on all three sheets.
