With this handy order book, you can keep track of all your deliveries professionally. The pre-printed forms make administration a breeze and ensure clear communication with customers.
When do you choose this product?
What is this order book used for?
This order book from AVERY Zweckform is specifically designed for creating delivery notes. You use it when, as a business owner or administrative employee, you need to draw up official delivery documents for goods that have been dispatched. The A4 format gives you enough space for all the necessary details, such as customer information, product details and delivery terms.
Why choose this particular format?
The A4 format is ideal because it fits standard binders and filing folders. You can easily store your delivery notes and find them again when needed. In addition, A4 is the most widely used format in the Netherlands for business correspondence, so your delivery notes will look professional to your customers.
How does the duplicate sheet system work?
This order book contains 2 x 40 sheets, with the first and second sheet of each set printed. This means that with every delivery note you automatically make a carbon copy. You give the original with the delivery, while you keep the copy for your own records. That way you always have proof of what you have delivered.
Practical tip for use
Make sure you apply enough pressure when filling it in, so the information also comes through clearly on the second sheet. Preferably use a ballpoint pen rather than a pencil for a clear copy. Store your copies systematically by date or customer name, so you can quickly find which deliveries you have made.
