With this form book, you can easily keep track of what you ship. The second sheet stays in the book as a copy, so you always know where your deliveries stand.
When do you choose this product?
What does this form book do?
A delivery note is an essential document you need when shipping goods. This form book from AVERY Zweckform contains pre-printed delivery notes that help you record all the necessary information about the shipment correctly. You use this product if you regularly ship parcels or goods and want to keep a professional administration.
Why choose the A6 format?
The A6 format is compact and convenient to take with you. This format fits easily in your work bag, so you always have delivery notes to hand when you are on the move.
How does the carbon copy system work?
This form book contains 2 x 50 sheets, where the second sheet remains in the book without perforation. This means that when you fill in a delivery note, a copy is automatically created that stays in the book as your administration. This way you always keep an overview of all shipped parcels without having to make copies yourself.
Practical tip for use
Be sure to write with sufficient pressure so that the carbon copy is clearly legible on the second sheet. Preferably use a ballpoint pen rather than a pencil for the best result. The booklet is specifically designed for the German, Luxembourg, Austrian and Swiss markets.
