Perfect for administration you like to keep neat! This carbon book with 4 columns makes double entry unnecessary - the second sheet automatically stays in the book as an archive.
When do you choose this product?
What does this carbon copy book do for you?
This AVERY Zweckform order book is designed for administrative processes where you need both an original and a copy at the same time. The carbon copy system ensures that whatever you write on the first sheet is automatically transferred to the second sheet underneath. This makes it ideal for receipts, invoices, proof of payment or other business documents where you need to hand over one copy and keep one.
Why choose this A4 format?
The A4 format offers enough space for detailed forms with 4 columns, allowing you to record various details in a structured way. This format fits perfectly in standard office binders and folders, making filing easy. With 2 × 50 sheets, you get a sufficient supply for a long time without the book becoming too thick.
How does the carbon copy system work?
The book contains two sheets per form, with the second sheet having no perforation and remaining permanently in the book. This means you can tear out the original and hand it over, while the copy automatically stays in the book as an archive. This design prevents the loss of important information and ensures your records are kept in chronological order.
Practical tip
Make sure you apply sufficient pressure when writing so that the carbon copy is clearly visible on the second sheet. For the best carbon copy results, a ballpoint pen or felt-tip pen is preferable. The book stays intact thanks to the non-perforated second sheets, so you keep a complete archive.
