Handy form book for business correspondence with a carbon copy function. The compact 1/3 A4 layout is ideal for short messages, and the original and copy system keeps your administration in order.
When do you choose this product?
What is a short letter form and when do you use it?
A short letter form is a pre-printed form used for standard business correspondence such as orders, requests or brief notices. You need this type of form when you regularly send similar messages and want to save time by not having to fill in all the details again each time.
Why choose the sideways 1/3 A4 format?
This compact format is perfectly suited to short business communication where you don't need much space. The 1/3 A4 format is ideal for quick notes, order lists or brief instructions. Thanks to the landscape orientation, you get a wide writing area that is suitable for address details and short lines of text.
Advantage of the self-copying function
The form book is self-copying between the first and second sheet, which means you automatically get a carbon copy of what you write. This saves time because you don't have to make a copy by hand. You always keep an administrative overview of your outgoing correspondence without any extra steps.
Practical tip for using this tear-off pad
The form book has a left-hand gluing, so you can easily tear off sheets after use. With 2×40 sheets, you have enough stock for regular use. Write with sufficient pressure to ensure the text comes through clearly on the second sheet, and store the copies systematically for your records.
