Handy form book for your delivery notes and dispatch notes, with a carbon copy sheet so you keep a copy straight away. Practical A5 size, ready to use immediately.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a delivery note order book?
A delivery note is an essential document when shipping goods, in which you record all important details such as sender, recipient, cargo and delivery terms. You use this order book when you regularly send or receive goods and need professional, legally valid documentation of your shipments.
Why choose the A5 format?
The A5 format offers the ideal balance between clarity and convenience. You have enough space to clearly fill in all the required details, while the book remains compact enough to take along easily or store in your office. This makes it practical for both staff in the office and on the go.
Carbon copy system for efficient administration
This order book works with a carbon copy system in which the first and second sheets are printed. When you fill in the delivery note, you automatically get a copy for your own records. This prevents duplicate work and ensures that both you and the recipient have identical information, which is important for the traceability of shipments.
Practical content and storage
The book contains 2 x 40 sheets, meaning you can make 40 complete delivery notes. Store the order book in a dry place and always keep a spare copy on hand, especially if you regularly prepare transport documents. The compact A5 size fits easily in a desk drawer.
