Handy form book for your delivery notes, with a carbon copy sheet so you keep a copy straight away. Practical A5 size, 5 pieces in the pack for long-term use in the office.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need delivery notes?
Delivery notes are essential for businesses that supply goods and want to provide customers with a paper confirmation. They serve as proof of delivery and help with the administrative processing of orders. This type of form is especially practical when you need to write out a note on the spot.
Why choose this A5 format?
The DIN A5 format offers the ideal balance between compactness and space for all the necessary information. This size is large enough to record all delivery details clearly, but small enough to take along conveniently on delivery rounds. The format fits easily into a folder, bag or glovebox compartment.
Carbonless copy system for dual record-keeping
Each form in this book consists of 2 sheets, both printed. This carbonless copy system ensures that you automatically keep a copy when you hand the original to the customer. The first sheet stays with you for your records, while the second sheet goes to the customer as proof of receipt.
Value pack of 5 books
This set contains 5 separate form books of 40 sheets each, totalling 200 delivery notes. By ordering several books at once, you have sufficient stock and can equip different staff members or vehicles with their own book. This prevents you from running out of supplies quickly during busy periods.
