What are hanging folder labels and when do you need them?
Hanging folder labels are specially shaped labels used to label and organise hanging folders. These labels have a characteristic finger cut-out (recess) so that they fit perfectly over the metal tabs of hanging folders. You need them when you want to create a clear filing system in cupboards, drawers or archive boxes.

Why choose this size of 34×297 mm?
With dimensions of 34×297 mm, these labels are designed for the standard hanging folder tabs you will find in most office environments. The width of 34 mm provides enough space for clear text, while the length of 297 mm ensures the label wraps firmly around the tab. This size works universally with the common hanging folder systems.

Ultragrip technology for reliable adhesion
These AVERY Zweckform labels feature Ultragrip technology, which means they have a stronger and more durable adhesive than standard labels. As a result, the labels stay firmly in place, even with intensive use of the hanging folders. It prevents labels from coming loose or curling due to frequent opening and closing of drawers.

Compatible with all common printers
You can print these labels without any problems using inkjet, laser and colour laser printers, as well as copiers. The set contains 125 labels spread over 25 A4 sheets, so approximately 5 labels per sheet.
