What situations are spine labels for lever arch files used for?
Lever arch file spine labels are indispensable when you want to create a well-organised filing system. They let you see at a glance which documents are in which file, without having to open every file each time. This saves a lot of time when searching for specific documents in your office or home workspace.

Why choose this 34 × 192 mm format?
This size has been specially developed to fit perfectly on the spines of standard A4 lever arch files. The format offers enough space for clearly legible text, while matching the width of a file spine exactly. This gives you a professional appearance without the labels sticking out or being too small.

What does the ultragrip technology mean?
The ultragrip technology ensures that these labels adhere extra firmly to the file spine. This means they won't easily come loose, even with intensive use of the files. You don't need to worry about labels curling up or falling off when you frequently take your files out of the cabinet.

Compatibility with your printer
These labels are suitable for inkjet printers, laser printers, colour laser printers and photocopiers. You get 240 labels spread across 30 A4 sheets, which means there are 8 labels per sheet. This makes it easy to label large numbers of files in one go. Make sure your printer settings are suitable for label paper to achieve the best result.
