When do you choose this product?
When do you need a rental contract form book?
As a landlord or property manager, you are legally obliged to record rental agreements in writing. This form book from AVERY Zweckform offers a complete solution with pre-printed rental contracts that meet the standard requirements. You get a professional document straight away, without having to draft a contract yourself.
Why choose this 4-sided format with carbon copy?
The 4-sided design ensures that all essential parts of a rental agreement are systematically covered. Thanks to the self-copying carbon system, both parties automatically receive an identical copy when you complete the contract. This prevents disputes later on and ensures proper record-keeping without any extra copying.
Complete package including handover protocol
This form book contains not only the rental contract itself, but also a handover protocol. With it, you document the condition of the property when it is handed over to the tenant, which is crucial for the return of the deposit at the end of the rental period. The self-copying system ensures that both you and the tenant have the same information.
Practical packaging for regular letting
With 5 form books per pack, you have sufficient stock for multiple letting activities. Each book is in A4 format, making it easy to store in a standard office folder or filing system. Reference number 2873 will help you reorder these specific AVERY Zweckform forms.
