What are insert name cards and when do you use them?
Insert name cards are designed to slide into name card holders, for example during meetings, events or at workplaces where different people are present. You need them when you want to create professional name cards that you can easily replace without having to buy new holders.

Why this size of 74×34 mm?
These dimensions of 74×34 mm are specially designed to fit Avery name card holders of the "polar" type. The format ensures that your name card fits exactly without creasing or falling out of the holder. You get 160 pieces spread across 10 A4 sheets, which is sufficient for medium to large groups.

Suitable for all common printers
You can print these insert name cards using inkjet printers, laser printers, colour laser devices and copiers. This means you don't need to look for special printers or settings – almost any office printer can process these name cards without any problems.

Practical tip for optimal use
For the best result, you can use the matching Avery templates, which are available online. Make sure you use the correct product code DPC7434A-10 when searching for templates. Make sure you have Avery name card holders of the "polar" type, otherwise these insert cards will not fit correctly.
