What are these biscuits?
Bahlsen Mini Contessa are round gingerbread biscuits with a chocolate layer. They contain typical gingerbread ingredients such as cinnamon, caramel syrup and orange peel, which gives the distinctive spiced aroma you expect from this type of biscuit.

When should you choose this size?
With 130 pieces per pack, this box is suitable for situations where you want to treat several people, such as an office kitchen, meeting or reception. The mini size makes the biscuits easy to pick up and serve without having to break or cut them.

Storage and shelf life
The packaging states that the biscuits should be protected from heat and moisture. So store the box in a cool, dry place, not next to a radiator or in a damp room. Once opened, it is best to keep them airtight to preserve their quality.

Please note if you have allergies
The Mini Contessa contain wheat, soy (lecithin), egg and milk products, and may contain traces of almonds, hazelnuts and pistachios. If you offer these biscuits to colleagues or guests, it is wise to keep the packaging to hand so that people with an allergy or intolerance can check for themselves whether the product is suitable for them.
