When do you need a whiteboard marker?
Whiteboard markers are essential for presentations, brainstorming sessions and making notes on whiteboards. You need them when you want to share information that you can easily change or erase. This BIC Velleda 1711 is specially developed for use on whiteboards and ensures that your text and drawings are always clearly legible.

Why a 1.9 mm round tip?
The 1.9 mm line width gives you a clearly visible stroke that is easy to read from a distance, without becoming too thick for detailed text. The round tip makes it possible to create both thin lines and thicker accents, depending on the pressure you apply. This size is ideal for general whiteboard use in meeting rooms and classrooms.

Dry-wipe ink based on ketone
This marker contains ketone-based ink that is specially developed to be dry-wipe removable from whiteboards. This means your text and drawings disappear completely with a dry eraser, without leaving stains or residue behind. The ketone base ensures a consistent ink flow and prevents the ink from drying out during use.

Practical details for everyday use
The white plastic barrel sits comfortably in the hand, and the cap and end piece are coloured to match the ink, so you can quickly recognise the right colour. Always store the marker horizontally with the cap on to prevent it from drying out. The new reference number 9430301 replaces the old number 943030, but it concerns the same product.
