When you want to reuse your BIC ballpoint pens
These X-Smooth refills are designed to replace empty cartridges in your BIC ballpoint pens. Instead of buying a complete new pen, you only replace the refill and reuse the same pen holder. This is especially handy when you are happy with your current BIC ballpoint pen and want to keep using it.

For these specific BIC pen models
These refills are only compatible with certain BIC models: Atlantis Classic, Atlantis Soft, Atlantis Reaction, Clic Stylus and Soft Feel Clic Grip. You cannot use these refills in other pen brands or BIC models. Therefore, always check the type of your current ballpoint pen before ordering these refills.

What you get in terms of writing experience
The refills have a ball diameter of 1.0 mm and produce a line width of 0.4 mm in blue ink. This gives you a medium line width that is suitable for everyday writing. The X-Smooth technology ensures a smooth writing experience without skipping or smudging while you write.

Practical tip for replacing
You receive 2 refills in a blister pack, which means you have a spare refill when the first one runs out. When replacing, make sure you remove the old refill completely from the pen before inserting the new one. Screw the new refill in firmly, but do not force it to prevent damage to the writing mechanism.
