When do you need a 50 metre garden hose?
This 50 metre Bradas CARAT garden hose is ideal for medium to large gardens where you need flexibility to reach every corner. With a 1/2 inch diameter (12.5 mm internal bore), you get a good balance between water pressure and manageability for all standard garden tasks such as watering, cleaning and filling ponds.

Why choose this 3-layer construction?
The three-layer PVC structure provides extra strength without losing flexibility. This means the hose is resistant to kinking and cracking, even with frequent use. The two orange stripes make the hose clearly visible in your garden, which helps prevent tripping or accidentally driving over it with garden tools.

How important is the 8 bar working pressure?
With a working pressure of 8 bar, this garden hose can handle the water pressure from household taps and pressure sprayers with ease. This gives you the assurance that the hose will not burst under normal conditions of use and is suitable for various sprinkler systems and garden tools that require higher water pressure.

Practical tips for optimal use
Note the weight of 5.5 kg when hanging up or storing this 50 metre hose. The UV- and algae-resistant properties mean you can leave the hose outside all year round without any loss of quality. The cadmium-free material makes the hose safe for use in vegetable gardens and drinking water supply.
