Power cut? No problem with this paraffin lamp! With automatic quick ignition and 8 hours of burning time on 1 litre, you always have light to hand, wherever you are.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need independent lighting?
This petroleum high-pressure lamp gives you a power-free light source with an output of 400 watts. You choose this type of lighting when you have no access to electricity, for example during camping trips, in workshops without a power supply, or as emergency lighting in the event of a power cut. The lamp runs entirely independently on petroleum and is therefore ideal for situations where reliable lighting is essential.
Why this compact petroleum lamp?
With an overall height of 420 mm, this lamp is compact enough to take along easily, yet sturdily built from chrome-plated steel. This size makes the lamp suitable for both stationary and mobile use. The chrome-plated steel material ensures durability and resistance to corrosion, which is important when used outdoors.
Automatic ignition and burning time
This lamp stands out for its automatic quick-ignition feature, so you can light the lamp quickly and easily without fuss with matches or lighters. With 1 litre of petroleum, the lamp burns for approximately 8 hours, which is enough for a whole evening or night of lighting. The lamp is supplied with 2 mantles, so you can get started straight away.
Practical tip for use
Make sure you always have enough petroleum in stock for extended use. Regularly check the condition of the mantles, as these are essential for optimal light output. Store the lamp in a dry place when not in use to preserve the lifespan of the chrome-plated steel.

Dex knows - user tips
The hazard statements are missing from the product information, but paraffin is a flammable liquid with well-known safety aspects. However, I don't know which H/P statements officially apply to this product, so I may not make anything up about them.
As for usage: a paraffin lamp with mantles requires you to burn in the mantles before first use. They are fragile and must be lit once so that the fibres convert into the ceramic mesh. This is a generally known and relevant usage tip for this type of lamp.
The mantles are fragile: attach them carefully and burn them in briefly before first normal use. Afterwards, do not touch them again, as they will otherwise fall apart. Also make sure the lamp has cooled down completely before you top up the paraffin or move the lamp.
