When do you need an exercise book?
You use an exercise book when you want to improve your handwriting or practise writing. This Claire exercise book is specially designed for writing exercises where you want to work in a structured way on lettering techniques. The Séyès ruling system helps you maintain consistent letter sizes and line spacing.

Why choose this large A4+ format?
With dimensions of 240×320 mm, this exercise book offers extra space for extensive writing exercises. The large format gives you the freedom to try out different letter styles without feeling restricted by small writing areas. This is ideal for beginners who are still getting used to new writing techniques.

What makes the Séyès ruling special?
The Séyès system is characterised by a specific line structure that helps with writing letters consistently. This French standard ruling provides guidance for both the height of letters and the spacing between lines. The 90 g/m² vélin surfin paper is sturdy enough to prevent ink bleed-through and gives a pleasant writing experience.

Practical features for everyday use
The transparent polypro cover protects your work from moisture and wear, while the piqûre reliure (saddle stitch binding) ensures the exercise book lies flat open while you write. With 192 pages, you have plenty of room for long practice sessions.
