What does a drum do in your Canon printer?
A drum is the component that ensures toner is applied evenly to the paper. Without a properly functioning drum, you get spots, streaks or faint prints. You'll notice you need a new drum when your print quality noticeably declines, even though you still have enough toner.

Why the Canon C-EXV 29 drum?
This genuine Canon drum has been specially developed for the ImageRunner Advance series and delivers a print capacity of 59,000 pages. That means you can go a long way with a single drum, which is especially handy in office environments with a lot of printing. Genuine Canon quality ensures your printer keeps performing optimally.

Long lifespan with 59,000 pages
With a capacity of 59,000 pages, you won't need to replace the drum often. This makes the C-EXV 29 cost-effective for businesses that print regularly. Please note that the actual lifespan can vary depending on what you print - a lot of text or, on the other hand, a lot of images make a difference.

Compatibility with your Canon ImageRunner
This drum works exclusively with specific Canon ImageRunner models: the Advance C5030, C5030i, C5035, C5035i and the IR-C5030. Always check your exact printer model before ordering, as each printer series has its own drum type. You can usually find the model number on a label on the front or side of your printer.
