When do you need crêpe paper?
Crêpe paper is used for creative projects, decorations and craft work where you need stretchy, mouldable material. Thanks to its typical crinkled texture, it is easy to fold, twist and shape into flowers, streamers or other decorative elements. You often see it in party decorations, school projects and hobby activities.

Why this size of 0.5 × 2.5 metres?
At a size of 0.5 × 2.5 metres, you have enough material for medium-sized projects without the roll becoming too large to work with comfortably. The width of 50 centimetres is ideal for making larger decorative elements, while the length of 2.5 metres provides enough paper for several smaller creations or one extensive project.

What does the weight of 32 g/m² mean?
The paper weight of 32 g/m² strikes a good balance between sturdiness and workability. It is thin enough to fold and shape easily, yet has enough body to hold its form when you make decorations from it. This thickness prevents the paper from tearing too quickly while you work.

Practical tip for use
Crêpe paper often contains excess colour pigment that can bleed. Therefore, always test a small piece first to see whether the colour runs before using the paper in combination with other materials. Store the roll in a dry place and avoid moisture, as crêpe paper is sensitive to it and can run or warp.
