This is why Dex likes this article
This Canson drawing pad with sturdy 180 g/m² paper is ideal for pastel, charcoal, pencil and marker. The lightly textured, acid-free paper gives lovely colour coverage, and the spiral binding along the long side makes sketching on the go very easy.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a sketchbook?
A sketchbook is useful when you regularly sketch or draw and need paper that is heavier than ordinary copy paper. At 180 g/m², this paper is sturdy enough for various drawing techniques without tearing or soaking through. The spiral binding along the long side makes it easy to draw without your hand running into the binding.
Why choose this A4+ size?
The A4+ format (210 x 297 mm) offers you slightly more space than standard A4, which is handy when making sketches where you want a bit more drawing room. This size is large enough for detailed drawings, yet remains practical to take along and store. With 30 sheets, you have enough paper for a longer drawing session.
What makes the paper quality special?
The paper is acid-free, which means your drawings won't discolour over time. The slightly textured surface gives grip to your drawing materials and provides a natural drawing feel. Thanks to the durable quality of the paper, you can also make corrections without damaging the surface.
Which drawing materials can you use?
This sketchbook is suitable for pencil, pastel, charcoal, marker, and also for watercolour, gouache, ink and fineliner. These materials adhere well to the slightly textured surface. The pure white paper makes colours appear bright and gives you a neutral base to work on.
