When do you choose this product?
When do you need special manga paper?
This sketch pad has been developed for creating manga-style drawings with markers. You need this paper when working with alcohol- or solvent-based markers, which often bleed through or spread on ordinary paper. The very smooth surface ensures your markers glide smoothly and allows you to draw sharp lines.
Why A3 format for manga drawings?
The A3 format offers enough space for detailed manga illustrations with multiple characters or complex backgrounds. This allows you to draw larger panels or fully develop a character without being limited by the dimensions. The pad is glued along the short side, so you can easily turn the pages while drawing.
70 g/m² paper weight for marker work
The paper weight of 70 g/m² is specially suited to marker use. This weight prevents ink from bleeding through to the reverse side, while the paper remains thin enough not to add too much bulk to your sketch pad. The acid-free paper ensures your drawings won't discolour over time.
Compatible with all marker types
This sketch pad works with all types of markers, including popular brands that use alcohol- or solvent-based ink. The smooth surface allows the ink to spread evenly without streaking or forming blotches. With 50 sheets, you have enough material for an extensive drawing project or several smaller works.
