When should you choose this drawing paper?
This Canson drawing paper has been specially developed for drawings where you need a lightly textured surface. The grainy texture helps dry drawing and painting materials such as pencil, charcoal, pastel or chalk adhere better to the paper. Use this type of paper when you want to create natural shadows and textures in your artworks.

Why this size and packaging?
The size of 240 x 320 mm offers enough space for detailed drawings without being too large for home use or the classroom. With three pads of 12 sheets each, you get 36 sheets of drawing paper in total, which is ideal for longer drawing projects or multiple artworks. This packaging ensures you won't run through your supply too quickly.

The benefit of 180 g/m² paper weight
This paper weight makes the paper sturdy enough to withstand various drawing techniques without tearing or bending. It is heavier than ordinary copier paper but not so thick that it becomes difficult to work with. The 180 g/m² ensures you can use both soft and harder pencils without damaging the paper.

Practical tip for use
Store unused pads in a dry place to prevent loss of quality. The grainy surface works best when you move your pencil or chalk at different angles across the paper, so the texture comes into its own in your drawing.
