What is tissue paper used for, and when do you need it?

Tissue paper is a thin, lightweight paper used for wrapping delicate or decorative items, for craft and art projects, or as filler material in packaging. Thanks to its low weight of 20 g/m², it is supple and easy to fold without adding too much bulk.

Why choose a roll of 0.5 x 5.0 m?

The roll size of 0.5 by 5.0 metres gives you the flexibility to cut off exactly the amount you need, without waste. This makes the roll suitable for both small jobs and larger wrapping tasks, and it stores compactly thanks to the cardboard core on which the paper is wound.

An honest explanation of the colour and colourfastness

The tissue paper is dyed through in a warm beige shade, which means the colour runs throughout the paper and is not merely a surface treatment. In addition, the paper is light-resistant, so the colour is less likely to fade when exposed to light for extended periods. This is a practical advantage if you use the paper in displays, shop windows or decorations that remain visible for some time.

Practical tip for storage and use

Store the roll upright or lying down with the cardboard core intact, so the paper does not crease or become distorted. The beige colour combines neutrally with many other colours and materials, making it versatile for both professional packaging purposes and creative projects.
