When do you choose this product?
What are wax crayon pastels and when do you use them?
Wax crayon pastels such as the NEOCOLOR I are ideal for creative projects where you want to create intense, uniform colours. These round wax crayon pastels with a paper wrapper are perfect for artists, graphic designers and hobbyists working on drawings, illustrations or mixed media projects.
Why choose this 30-piece assortment?
With 30 different colours, you have an extensive colour palette at your disposal for varied creative expression. The colourful assorted set offers enough variety to create complex colour gradations and transitions without having to buy individual colours separately.
Water resistance as an important feature
The water-resistant property of these wax crayons means your colours won't run or fade when they come into contact with moisture. This makes them suitable for projects that need to withstand humidity, or for techniques where you combine different media without the colours bleeding into each other.
Practical layering technique
A unique feature of these wax crayon pastels is that you can layer colours over each other. This allows you to create depth and dimension in your artworks by applying different colours transparently on top of one another. The paper wrapper keeps your hands clean while you work and protects the wax crayon from breaking.

Dex knows - user tips
Shake the wax crayons well before use to distribute the colour evenly, and test new layers on a separate sheet of paper to check how the metallic shades work over one another.
