When do you choose this product?
What are watercolour wax crayons and when do you use them?
Watercolour wax crayons combine the coverage of wax crayons with the ability to create watercolour effects. You use them when you want to draw and paint in one workflow. By adding water, you blend the colours into soft watercolour tones, perfect for artistic projects where you want both line drawings and smooth colour transitions.
Why choose a set of 84 pieces?
With 84 different colours, you have access to an extensive colour range that offers professional possibilities. This large set gives you enough colour variations to create detailed artworks without having to mix colours. You have the right shade at hand straight away, which is especially handy for complex drawings or when you work on many different projects.
Soft consistency for smooth working
These wax crayons are soft and supple, so they glide easily across the paper. This allows you to colour in large areas effortlessly without applying much pressure. The soft texture ensures the colours blend well when you add water, which is essential for beautiful watercolour effects.
Practical tip for use
The wax crayons have a round shape with a paper wrapper, which provides a good grip while drawing. The paper wrapper keeps your hands clean and keeps the crayon intact. Make sure you use suitable watercolour paper that can get wet without tearing, and always have a brush and water on hand for the best results.
