What does this product do?
A rollerball refill brings your rollerball pen back to life when the ink runs out. This CARAN D'ACHE refill gives your rollerball pen a second life and saves you the cost of a completely new pen. You simply replace the empty refill with this new one to write smoothly again.

When should you choose this specific refill?
This refill has been specially developed for the CARAN D'ACHE Tintenroller 849 and fits only this pen model. If you have a different rollerball pen, this refill will not work. The M line width gives you a medium line thickness that is suitable for everyday use, both for notes and for important documents.

Why the quality of materials matters
The barrel of nickel-plated brass and the tip of stainless steel ensure durability and a consistent writing experience. The nickel-plated brass prevents corrosion and keeps the refill stable in your pen, while the stainless steel tip ensures an even ink flow without the tip wearing down quickly.

Practical compatibility tip
Check before purchasing that you really have a CARAN D'ACHE Tintenroller 849, as this refill only fits this specific model. The reference number 8468.000 is often printed on the packaging of your original pen. If in doubt, you can use this number to verify that you are ordering the right refill.
