Soft, smooth wax crayon that you can dissolve with water to create beautiful watercolour effects. Ideal for creative accents or to make other colours stand out nicely, this set of 10 white crayons is a must-have for your collection.
When do you choose this product?
What are watercolour wax crayons and when do you use them?
Watercolour wax crayons combine the coverage of a wax crayon with the ability to create watercolour effects. You use them when you want to apply colour directly and also create transparent washes in one medium. These NEOCOLOR II crayons are ideal for mixed techniques where you want to alternate between dry and wet applications.
Why choose white watercolour wax crayon?
White is essential in your watercolour wax crayon collection because it works as a mixing tint to lighten other colours and for creating highlights. With these 10 white crayons you have enough stock for extensive projects where white plays a leading role, such as drawing clouds, reflections or softening dark colours.
Soft and smooth character for versatile use
The soft and smooth consistency ensures the colour applies easily, both for direct application and when working with water. This property makes it possible to achieve both intense opaque strokes and subtle transparent effects, depending on how much water you add.
Practical advantages of the paper sleeve
The round shape with paper sleeve protects the crayon against breakage and keeps your hands clean during use. You can gradually peel back the paper sleeve as the crayon becomes shorter, so you always maintain optimal grip and can make maximum use of the crayon without waste.
