Pure cotton watercolour paper of 300 g/m² that makes colours appear beautifully without warping. The rough torchon texture is erasure-resistant, acid-free and pH-neutral, so your paintings stay beautiful for years.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need watercolour paper?
Watercolour paper is specially developed for working with watercolour paint and other water-based techniques. This paper can absorb a lot of water without tearing or warping, so your watercolour paint can flow and blend beautifully. You need this type of paper when ordinary drawing paper is too thin for wet techniques.
Why choose 300 g/m² weight?
At 300 g/m², this paper is heavy enough to work well with water without buckling or tearing. This weight gives you the freedom to apply multiple layers of paint and use various watercolour techniques. The A4 format (210 x 297 mm) is ideal for studies, sketches and smaller artworks.
The benefits of rough grain
This paper has a rough Torchon grain that creates a lovely texture in your watercolours. The roughness helps hold pigment and creates natural effects when you apply dry brush techniques. The paper is made from 100% cotton, which provides a strong and durable surface.
Practical features
The paper is sized on both sides, so you can use either side. Thanks to its acid-free and pH-neutral composition, your artworks will stay beautiful for years. The block contains 12 sheets, enough for a series of studies or exercises. Be sure to use watercolour paint suitable for cotton paper for the best results.

Dex knows - user tips
Soak the paper briefly in water before you start with wet techniques, so that it buckles less while painting.
