What is gift ribbon used for, and when do you need it?
You use gift ribbon to give presents a professional and festive look. This ribbon from Clairefontaine is ideal for decorating packaging on special occasions such as birthdays, weddings or holidays. The polypropylene material ensures that the ribbon keeps its shape and does not tear easily when tying it.

Why choose a 7 mm width?
The 7 mm width is perfect for medium-sized to small gifts and gives an elegant, not overly prominent finish. This size is versatile enough for different box sizes without the ribbon becoming too dominant on small packages or looking too narrow on larger boxes. It offers the ideal balance between visibility and refinement.

Practical tip for long-term use
With 250 metres on one spool, you have enough ribbon for many gifts. Store the spool in a dry place to prevent the polypropylene material from absorbing moisture. Always wind the ribbon neatly back onto the spool after use, so that it does not crease and your next gift looks perfect again.
