When do you need windowed envelopes?
Windowed envelopes are essential for businesses that send a lot of correspondence such as invoices, quotations or letters. The window ensures that the recipient's address is automatically visible without you having to write it on the envelope by hand. This saves time and prevents address errors in large mailings.

Why choose DL format?
The DL format (110×220 mm) is the standard format for business correspondence in the Netherlands and Europe. These envelopes fit perfectly with folded A4 documents and are suitable for standard letterboxes. The 90 g/m² paper weight provides sufficient sturdiness for a professional appearance without unnecessary postage costs.

Practical benefits of the right-hand window
The window is located on the right of the envelope and measures 45 x 100 mm. This position corresponds to the standard address position on Dutch business letters and invoices. The self-adhesive strip with a protective cover means you simply peel off the strip for a strong, reliable seal.

Tips for optimal use
Make sure your document templates position the address field correctly so that it is fully visible through the window. Test this in advance with a sample copy. The pack of 250 pieces is ideal for medium-sized businesses or for topping up your office stock without excessive storage.
